The Stim & Whistle is our private online community, for parents and carers who want more than a podcast.

It's a space to talk honestly, laugh when you need to, vent when things are hard, and connect with people who actually get it.  No judgement.  No performative positivity.  Just real people, real lives, and real support.

Think of it like a proper local pub for the autism community - somewhere you can drop in, find your people, and not have to explain yourself.

Inside the Stim & Whistle, you'll find:

• A private members' space to chat with other parents and carers
• Weekly lock-ins where we hang out together
• A place to share wins, struggles, questions and dark humour
• Games, conversations, and community-led support
• A quiet "snug" for when you just need calm connection

You're not just listening anymore.  You're part of something.

How It Works

The Stim & Whistle runs inside a free community space we have set up using Discord - a simple app that lets us create different rooms for conversation, support, advice, and live sessions.

Once you join, you'll have the option to access our private channels, including:

• The Bar - open chat and conversation
• Weekly Lock-In - video sessions with us and the community
• Games Room - lighter moments and interaction
• The Snug -a quiet space for when things feel heavy

You can join from your phone, tablet or computer.  If you can use WhatsApp or Facebook, you'll be absolutely fine.

Membership

Membership to our Discord platform is free. 

Membership to the Stim & Whistle is £4 per month.

That gives you:

• Full access to the private community
• Weekly lives sessions with us
• Direct connection with other autism parents and carers
• A space that exists purely for this community

No ads.  No algorithms.  Just people.
